We are pleased to announce our incorporation as a company in August 2021, after more than 10 years in business. We’ve taken this step in line with the development of the ramen industry in Okinawa.
We sense the need for the future globalization of the industry through advancements in high-level processing technologies that allow the development of foods such as ramen. Our outlets have grown in number and our external observers laud the increase in our credibility and achievements. However, we will sustain our management policy of aiming for our establishments to represent places people are happy to visit and where they would want to eat again.
We will continue to value old and venerated traditions as well as innovative ideas, and we will keep endeavoring to offer spaces that are easy to use in daily life, but where we can also always create something new.
We hope to bring joy and satisfaction from Okinawa and Yomitan to each of our customers through our flavors and techniques, and we will continue to devote ourselves daily to that goal.
